This position is needed to handle the internal and external reporting responsibilities for games and events. Additionally, this position will take on Treasury functions to assist the department segregate duties thereby reducing the risk of fraud.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

&amp;bull; Budget, track and forecast line-by-line event income statements for management and related parties. Serve as AEG financial liaison to ensure accurate forecasting and annual revenue share payment.
&amp;bull; Report team&amp;rsquo;s per game gate receipts and associated back-up to the NBA within League deadlines. Records all associated game transactions in the general ledger and compile all necessary reports for external auditors.
&amp;bull; Act as internal point person for Arena Events; including but not limited to creation of annual events budget, updating monthly forecasts, and conducting monthly reviews with management to ensure budget compliance.
&amp;bull; Aids in ticket and partnership revenue forecasting.
&amp;bull; Serve as primary point of contact for significant third parties such as the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA), Arena Concessionaire (Levy Restaurants), and Arena Merchandiser (XP). Understand the functions, contracts, and transactions of these entities and provide executives with the facts and data they need to make management decisions.
