The responsibilities and duties include:

    Assist in distribution of Season Tickets and Parking
    Maintenance of Bobcats Season Ticket accounts and likely distribution of invoices and tickets for the Bobcats 2010 playoff push, which will also include, printing and mailing group/ indiviudal ticket packages.
    Assist in day-to-day box office operations (including events)
    Assist in placing of orders on Archtics Ticketing System (Ticketmaster) and fulfillment
    Provide support for special events run by other departments within the organization.
    Assist in other office related tasks such as filing, mailing, etc. as required.

Pursuit of a Sports Marketing, Management, Economics, Business, Accounting or similar degree is preferred.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
    Experience with Archtics and/or Ticketmaster Host system a plus, but not required.
    Self-motivated
    Interpersonal skills (including with co-workers and the public).
